    2. Tournament winner will be contacted within 3 working days after the event. If the player does not reply within a month, he or she would be considered as forfeiting his/her entitlement to the prizes.
    3. Prizes would be sent after the confirmation of details and particulars by the organizers. However, if the courier is unable to deliver as no one is around or the address is invalid, the organizers are not responsible for a second attempt.
    4. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage caused in the shipping process.
    5. The organizes reserves the final rights.
